Responsible for driving restaurant sales and profits by providing clear direction and leadership to restaurant management teams with focus on a guest-centric culture, brand standards, and operational consistency. Span of control: 8-10 restaurants.




Oversees operational execution and ensures adherence with all Company and restaurant systems, procedures, and food safety requirements;

Educates and consults with managers to ensure their understanding of expected restaurant operational and financial performance;

Thinks strategically and helps managers to identify trends and implement action plans to improve restaurant sales and daily operations using hands on approach;

Takes accountability and drives results to ensure operational and financial excellence. 

Utilizes effective recruiting sources and methods to attract and select talented employees including workforce assessment and succession planning; Selects, Builds, and Develops an engaged workforce through teaching, leading and coaching.




Experience Minimum one year of Multi-unit leadership experience in restaurant, retail or related industry preferred.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Requires ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English; excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative management skills. Maintains professionalism and optimistic attitude in all situations. Proficient knowledge of personal computers and related software applications (Microsoft Office).  Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior.

Physical Requirements Ability to move freely throughout the restaurant; ability to drive a motor vehicle and travel to restaurants and other business locations approximately 85%-90% of time.
